What it costs

There is no plan tier that fits every gym, so we do not pretend there is one. What you pay depends on whether you need a new website, what you already have, and how big your list is. Here is exactly what decides the number, so the call is short.

Why this page has no dollar figures

A ten-location franchise and a single studio with two hundred members are not the same job, and pricing them the same way means one of you is overpaying. We would rather ask five questions on a call than post a number that is wrong for your gym the moment you read it.

Three ways to start

Pick based on what you already have, not on a package name.

Most common

New website and CRM

A website built for your gym with the CRM wired into it from day one. Priced by how many pages and locations you need.

  • New website, hosted, secured and maintained
  • CRM installed and branded as yours
  • All follow-up sequences written and live
  • Texting set up with carrier registration filed
  • Ongoing CRM help and staff training

Priced by scope: number of pages, locations, and whether you need booking or e-commerce built in.

If you're happy with your site

CRM on your current site

If your site runs on WordPress, we install the CRM on it and connect your existing forms instead of starting over.

  • CRM installed on your existing WordPress site
  • Your current forms connected, not replaced
  • All follow-up sequences written and live
  • Texting set up with carrier registration filed
  • Ongoing CRM help and staff training

Priced by list size and how much cleanup your current site needs first.

Smallest scope

Sequences only

You already run a CRM, or you want to run this one yourself. We write the sequences and hand them off.

  • Trial, no-show, retention and win-back sequences written
  • Built inside whatever CRM you already have, where possible
  • One training session for your team
  • No ongoing hosting or CRM management included

Priced as a flat project fee, not a monthly bill.

What actually moves the number

Five questions, and we can usually quote you on the same call.

One location or several

Every additional location adds pages, hours, staff and its own set of sequences.

New site or existing

Building from scratch costs more up front than connecting to a site you already have.

How big your list is

A gym with 3,000 contacts to import and clean up takes more setup time than a new studio starting at zero.

Booking and online sales

Class booking, memberships sold online, or a store adds real build work beyond the core site.

Custom sequences

The eight standard sequences are included everywhere. A sequence for a specific challenge or program is scoped separately.

Texting volume

Not billed by us at all. Your own carrier account charges per message, usually a few dollars a month at gym volume.

The same, no matter which path you pick

These do not change based on scope. If a gym is paying us anything, these are part of it.

  • Every sequence written in your gym's voice, not filled in from a generic template
  • Carrier registration for business texting filed on your behalf
  • Staff training on the call list and the contact record
  • No charge per contact, no matter how big your list gets
  • You keep your contacts and can export them at any time

Pricing questions gym owners ask

Why not just publish a starting price?

Because a number that is honest for a ten-location franchise would scare off a single studio, and a number that fits the studio would be wrong for the franchise. We would rather quote you correctly once than post a figure we have to walk back on the call.

Is this a monthly cost, a one-time cost, or both?

The new website and CRM path is a build fee, then a monthly amount that covers hosting, security and ongoing CRM help. Adding the CRM to your existing site works the same way, without the website build fee. Sequences only is a flat project fee with no ongoing bill, since we are not hosting anything for you.

What does texting actually cost?

Whatever your carrier charges you directly, usually a few dollars a month for a single gym. We do not mark it up or bill it ourselves. You will also pay a small, one-time carrier registration fee, which we handle the paperwork for.

Can I start with sequences only and add the website later?

Yes. Some gyms want to prove the follow-up works before committing to a new site. If you upgrade later, the sequences we already wrote carry over.

Am I locked into a contract?

The build or project fee is paid once. After that, the website and CRM paths are month to month.

What happens to my site and contacts if I cancel?

On the website and CRM paths, the site and your contact list are yours. We can export everything and help you move it elsewhere. The CRM itself stops working once the license is no longer active, but your data is not held hostage by it.
